Project Description


Ventigrate is the competence center within the Cronos group that implements digital workplaces based on .NET based solutions, SharePoint, Office 365 and Azure.  I started out as a junior SharePoint developer but quickly worked my way up to lead the SharePoint team & do the technical presales. In this role I’ve been responsible for attracting new business and guide the team of consultants in their day to day job to make sure we developed the best possible solution for each customer case.

In this role I’ve been challenged many times due to the wide variety of tasks that I needed to perform:

  • Attract new business through customer events, mailings, marketing actions
  • Convice customers of Ventigrate’s added value & experience as a technical presales that helps out during the sales process
  • Translate customer requirements into viable SharePoint solutions on a variety of platforms & with many integrations to other line of business solutions
  • Write proposals & assess the needed budget
  • Drive innovation in our solution offering & motivate the team of consultants to follow-up on market & product trends
  • Assure the quality of our services as a project manager
  • Manage the team of technical consultants & make sure technical knowledge is up-to-date
  • Attract new consultants by visiting job fairs, writing out thesis proposals, guiding students during their thesis, organize events for students
